Apartment on the 1st floor of a historic mansion, with 2 large bedrooms with double beds, one with a single bed, equipped kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and bathroom with bathtub.
Ideal for discovering Chinon on foot, between heritage and the good life.
On request we make the garage available for storing bicycles.
Passenger access
A key box allows you to collect the keys to enter:
- a key for the front door,
- a key for the accommodation at the top of the stairs.
Accommodation accessible by the staircase on the right when entering the hall.
Other remarks
Sheets and towels provided for the entire accommodation.
For stays of more than 7 days, sheets, towels, and household linens will be provided and available in the lobby. They will be replaced during the stay at the tenant's expense.
Parking can be difficult in a city with old, narrow streets. I can give you some advice and help you define your parking plan (Sundays are free in "paid" zones for example, and you should pay attention to the weekly market day which is Thursday).
There are usually still some spaces on the platform near the accommodation (for a fee). There are free parking lots a little further from the center.
Additionally, I have a security camera in the main floor lobby and garage for everyone's protection.
